Mechanical hardware processing need to pay attention to six places!

First, after the machine is started, the material is transported and the machine is operated by one person, and other people are not allowed to press the electrical construction or foot foot switch plate, and they are not allowed to put their hands into the mechanical work area or touch the moving part of the machine with their hands. During mechanical work, it is forbidden to reach into the slider working area, and it is forbidden to take or release work parts by hand. The stamping parts processing plant must use the standard tools when taking and releasing the parts in the die. If the stamping plant finds that the machinery has abnormal sound or the machine fails, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection.

Second, when replacing the mold, first turn off the power, and after the press movement department stops running, the installation and debugging of the mold can begin. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand to test twice, check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the holder ring is in a reasonable position.

Third, check whether the moving part of the precision machining work is filled with wet tear oil, and then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and the machine tool is empty for 1-3 minutes, and the machine is strictly prohibited when there is a problem.

Fourth, the operation must be concentrated, it is strictly forbidden to talk, cooperate with each other, the operator should not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue, so as to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of operation.

Fifth, it is necessary to wait for other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and take away the debris on the workbench before starting the power supply to start the machinery and processing safely.

Sixth, when off work, should turn off the power, and sort out the finished products, side materials and debris on the post, to ensure that the working environment is clean and safe.
